The post-press processing of the envelope has certain special characteristics. According to its product attributes, it is divided into two parts: the necessary processing technology and the non-essential processing technology.
First, non-essential processing
This face-to-face process is mainly to increase the aesthetics of the product. Common processing techniques are:
1, film
It is a processing technique in which a plastic film is coated with an adhesive and the printed matter is heated and pressurized to bond it together. After the film is covered by the film, it has a layer of plastic film on the surface, which is smoother, and the gloss and color are more firm. The color of the picture is bright and full of three-dimensional, and it also has waterproof, anti-fouling and wear-resistance. Folding and corrosion resistant.
2, glazing
A common process in high-grade prints is to coat (or spray, or print) a layer of a colorless, transparent coating on the surface of the print to form a thin, uniform, transparent layer of light on the surface of the print. It not only protects the printed matter, but also changes the foreign trade texture and visual effect of the printed matter.
3, start the drum
The process name is concave and convex embossing, that is, a concave plate and a convex plate with close fitting degree are used to sandwich the printed matter, and under a certain pressure, the surface of the printed matter is formed into a graphic or pattern similar to the relief, so that the printed matter has a clear embossing feeling.
