The inkjet print head of the inkjet network system uses a piezoelectric inkjet print head with high precision. Each inkjet printhead contains 384 small inkjet holes, and the quality of the liner and frame (deformation) ), the quality of the ink (impurities, concentration), the environment (temperature, humidity, hair, dust, etc.) will affect the state of the inkjet print head, it seems that the inkjet print head is more delicate, it will not adapt to our conditions, only us The condition will be normal if the conditions meet the comprehensive environment required for the production of the inkjet printhead.

Trailing state: irregular small tail appears on the left side of the pattern, tightly attached to the edge of the normal pattern, and is easily washed away by water during development, thereby forming a non-repairable trachoma, resulting in a waste version.

Trailing is often encountered during inkjet printing, and there are two main ways to do this:

(1) There is a tailing from beginning to end. This phenomenon must first consider whether the temperature and humidity meet the requirements. Whether the ink cartridge, ink bag, and ink track are not cleaned for a long time, whether the inkjet print head can no longer be used due to ink corrosion or collision wear. Finally, check if the position of the cleaning seat is correct or not.

(2) Sudden smearing during printing. This phenomenon is generally caused by the electrostatic ink absorbing the hair on the inkjet print head, and the hair is dragged back and forth by the inkjet print head. If it is bidirectional, the pattern is two. There will be trailing on the side; one-way printing has only a trailing tail on the left side of the pattern. When this happens, in the "pause" state, move the inkjet print head to the (0,0) position, wipe the inkjet print head gently with a special cotton swab, and move it to the cleaning station for cleaning. In the printing process, if the amount of ink is insufficient, it is necessary to add ink, which may cause tailing. Because the height of the ink increases, the pressure of the inkjet print head is inevitably increased, the amount of ink printed is increased, and even the ink drop phenomenon may occur. However, the problem in the first case cannot be ruled out.
