    The key equipment parts of the corrugated carton production line, namely the preheating part of the base paper, the wet part (single-sided machine, double-sided machine), the drying part, the printing part of the carton, the basic structure, performance and operating procedures must be carried out according to the different characteristics of the imported paper of each country. Adjustment, including key parts of the gap, parallelism, level, running speed difference and surface temperature of the heated part, cardboard moisture control, the amount of glue and so on.


    First, the original paper preheating department


    The relationship between the moisture of the base paper and the adhesion of the corrugated board and the relationship between the heated surface of the facial paper and the surface to be glued are very important. The moisture of the base paper will be transferred to the rubberized surface through the heated surface, so that the rubberized surface is wet, which is beneficial to the bonding with the tile; By adjusting the wrapping method of the face paper on the preheating roll (positive or rewinding) and heating: area for optimum bonding.


    Domestic corrugated paper has more water and uneven distribution. It is recommended to increase the diameter of the core paper preheating roller to 24# (0.6m). If necessary, spray treatment to adjust the core paper moisture and increase the corrugated strength.


    Second, the wet part


    (1) Single-sided machine


    l. The gap between the paper guide and the lower corrugating roller should be 0.25mm, and the gap between each guide should be consistent. The gap between the support diaphragm and the upper corrugating roller should be 0.28 mm. The upper and lower corrugating rollers are kept in parallel with each other between the upper rubber roller and the corrugating roller.


    (1) The gap between the paper guide sheet and the lower corrugating roller is too large, and the cardboard is prone to jumping and air bubbles; the gap is too small, and the glue on the cardboard is easily scraped off.


    (2) If the paper is glued on the paper guide, it is easy to scrape off the new glue, resulting in uneven glue.


    (3) Debonding (bubble) is likely to occur due to improper adjustment of the pressure roller gap. The reason is that the guide paper and the lower corrugating roller are assembled at an improper angle.


    2. The gap between the rubberized roller and the rubberized roller scraping roller and the rubberized roller shall not be less than 0.12mm.


    3, the width of the peak coating is generally between 1.3-1.8mm,


    The amount of glue consumed (dry starch) can be controlled at around 19 g/m2. The amount of glue applied increases, and the rubber will shrink and warp after solidification.

    The center line of the rubber roller and pressure roller of B楞 must be perpendicular to the direction of the single-sided corrugated cardboard to ensure the gluing at the top of the corrugated board and save the amount of glue.


    (3) Preparation of adhesives


    The adhesive should be kept at a high temperature. It is recommended to use steam to return to the water for warming and heat preservation, which is generally about 60 ° C, which is good for curing adhesion.


    Third, the drying department


    (1) Adjust the canvas tension roller so that the tension roller close to the traction roller is downward, and the tension of the canvas conveyor can be kept uniform.


    (2) Keep the surface of the guide roller, tension roller and hot plate clean.


    (3) Speed relationship between canvas conveyor belt, rubber roller and cutter: canvas conveyor belt 100%; rubber roller 97%; knife 107%.


    (4) The middle section of the canvas belt active roller is thickened with a rubber plate (12 inches wide) to prevent the canvas from running off.


    Fourth, the printing part


    The main points of operation of the carton printing slotted part:


    (1) The ink is required to be filtered, and the ink roller must be kept clean. (2) The thickness of the rubber on the printing roller plus the radius of the printing roller, so that the circumference and the size of the printing pattern are consistent, and the overprinting is correct.


    (3) The ink on the first printing roller should be thinner and thinner, and the ink on the second printing roller should be thicker and thicker.


    (4) Printing large areas of text and graphics, the hardness of the rubber board should be softer. It is harder to print a small area.


    (5) The depth of the cutter should be adjusted according to different types to ensure the correct indentation specifications.


    Five, boot ten things


    The preparation work of the corrugated board production line is summarized as the starting ten things, which can be used as a reference:


    (1) Check the vapor pressure on the single-sided machine, which is generally 165 psi.


    (2) The air compressor pressure is not less than 5-7 psi.


    (3) Check the gelatinization point and viscosity of the adhesive.


    (4) Ensure that the lubrication system has normal work.


    (5) The rubberizing roller should be put down for cleaning every day, and placed in the operating position when the roller is still hot.


    (6) Ensure that the paper guide and the support film are not bent.


    (7) The glue pan surface is at a certain height, so that the bottom of the rubber roller should be immersed in the glue 3/8 inch.


    (8) Check the gap between the upper rubber roller and the lower rubber roller.


    (9) Check the order items.


    (10) The cutter is adjusted on the first order specification of the day.
