(1) Adjustment of the book-sending institution:
When conveying books of different specifications, in order to ensure the proper position of the book, the position of the book to be sent should be adjusted accordingly. The adjustment is very convenient, just need to manually drive the car, so that the connecting screw between the connecting block and the long link of the book is placed at the adjusting hole of the rear guard plate of the machine, then loosen the screw, adjust the connecting block and send the long link of the book The corresponding position between the two can achieve the purpose of adjusting the position of the book. Tighten the screws when the book is in the correct position.
(2) Adjustment of the collection agency:
In the process of receiving the book, the gap between the two book receiving wheels should be adjusted according to the thickness of the book. The spacing is too large, and the book cannot be sent to the book receiving belt smoothly; the spacing is too small, the book cannot pass the book wheel or Squeeze the book badly. When adjusting, loosen the locking handle and pull the handle to adjust the spacing of the two rows of book wheels. Then it is locked again; the position of the book receiving wheel, the book guide plate and the book receiving belt in the axial direction is correct or not, which directly affects the tidyness of the book collection. When using the adjustment, make sure that the center of gravity of the book is in the middle of the book wheel and the book strip. Books of general specifications must be transported through the middle position of two pairs of books and two book strips. Large-size books are better transported through three to four pairs of book wheels and three to four book strips. The adjustment method is very simple. As long as the top wire on the two parts of the book receiving wheel and the receiving guide plate is loosened, the book receiving wheel and the receiving guide plate can be arbitrarily moved in the axial position, and the top state is reached, and then the top is tightened. wire.
(3) Adjustment of the hook mechanism:
According to the specification of the bound book, the center of the two nails is required to be adjusted accordingly. When adjusting, loosen the lock nut, and the bottom plate of the hook can be moved freely in the horizontal direction. When the ideal state is reached, the lock nut can be locked. In the vertical direction, if the claws are raised too high, the book will be squeezed out; if it is lifted too low, the bound book will not be strong. Firstly adjust the whole: loosen the nut at both ends of the hook and push the rod, then turn the hook and push rod to adjust the position of the lifting frame, you can change the lifting height of the clamping claws to be consistent. After the requirements are met, lock the two nuts together. The height of each hook claw is the same, and the adjustment is finished. Otherwise, the adjustment is made separately: loosen the locking screw, rotate the adjusting screw, and adjust the screw to drive the lifting plate to change the height of the clamping claw.
In use, if there is a phenomenon that the wire is caught between the hook bottom plate and the tight hook claw, it is only necessary to slide the handle up and down twice to remove.
(4) Adjustment of the binding hand:
In order to fit the various specifications and thicknesses and books, you need to adjust the binding hand. When the stapler is raised to the highest position, turn the M16 socket head cap screw on the binding hand. Turn counterclockwise, the binding hand is raised; turn clockwise, the binding hand falls. The indicator arrow is aligned with the value of the scale label on the binding hand, which is the thickness of the bound book.
(5) Adjustment of the binding head:
A: The adjustment of the two nail feet is not equal: when adjusting the two nail feet is not equal, first loosen the fastening screw and adjust the adjustable screw. If it rotates clockwise, the stapled left foot will be shortened; if it will be adjustable After the screw rotates counterclockwise, gently tap the U-shaped head so that the adjustable screw is close to the head casing. At this time, the stapled left nail foot will be lengthened, and when the two nail feet are equal, the fastening screw will be locked. Just tight.
B: Adjustment of the length of the wire to be fed: According to the thickness of the bound book, the length of the wire to be fed should also be adjusted accordingly. When adjusting, loosen the tightening screw and pull up the head cover to increase the length of the wire. Pushing the head cover will shorten the length of the wire.
