China's first POD Roll-Book inkjet production line landed in South Korea
On March 13th, FIK, a Korean partner of Founder Electronics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Peking University Founder Electronics Co., Ltd., successfully held a seminar on "Digital Printing Automation Technology that Determines the Future of the Printing Industry" in Paju BookCity.
The seminar invited more than 100 representatives of Chinese and Korean printing enterprises, technical experts and industry media to attend the seminar, focusing on the cutting-edge technology and market trends of digital inkjet printing to carry out thematic discussions, and jointly witnessed the implementation of "China's POD Roll-Book high-definition color inkjet rotary automatic production line". This is the first Chinese POD RolI-Book inkjet production line put into operation in South Korea, which is a practice of the coordinated development of the printing industry in China and South Korea. For Zhengyinjie, it is an important step for "independent technology to go overseas and global ecological co-construction".

The production line takes the Founder Eagle P6600CHD high-definition color inkjet rotary printing machine as the core, and integrates precision book core line connection glue binding machine, three-sided cutting, strangling, stacking, packaging and other equipment, and truly builds a "POD intelligent manufacturing production line for a book".

The guests watched the whole process from "one-click instruction input to the delivery of a finished book", and 1,000 books can be completed in 3 hours. The production line shows the hard power of China's intelligent manufacturing, and has also successfully docked with South Korea's local printing standards, realizing the integration and adaptation of international norms and regional needs.
As the "smart brain" of the entire production line, Founder Injet ElecRoc, independent RIP and multi-digit deep FM plus network technology achieve "high-definition quality output under the same hardware conditions".

At the meeting, Zhou Zhendong, deputy general manager of Founder Yinjie, delivered a keynote speech on "Facing Each Other Geographically, Digital Intelligence Connects Hearts" and emphasized that after several iterations, the latest version 7.0 is equipped with a high-speed parallel RIP engine, which can achieve high-resolution output of tens of thousands of A4 pages per minute through parallel processing and multi-channel high-speed data transmission of up to multiple RIPs, breaking through the efficiency bottleneck of on-demand inkjet printing.
