To this end, we have used the method of adjusting the thickness of the adhesive, the spacing of the front and back splints, the height, etc., but did not eliminate the above problems, and even the more chaotic and chaotic, the less decent the back of the book, and the back of the book was even more deformed. So, where is the root of the fault? After many careful observations and careful analysis and research, I finally figured out the exact cause of the problem of wrinkling, book core milling back deformation, cracking, etc. on the milling back box. The machine milling back box is equipped with a fixed plate and a movable guard plate, which prevents the book block from being deformed during milling and cutting when the book back passes between the two plates, ensuring uniformity and stability of the milling back and the cutting groove. . However, since the milling back cutter makes the book core have a certain frictional resistance to the inner side of the "two plates" when milling the back, after a period of use, the inside of the two splints is seriously worn, and the book block cannot be supported to prevent the back milling deformation. After analyzing the situation, we opened the movable plate on the milling back box and found that the inner side of the movable plate and the fixed plate and the corresponding part of the milling back edge showed a small deep curved concave wear. In this regard, by repairing the wear parts on the inner side of the "two plates", the above-mentioned package failures are immediately eliminated, and the back of the book is neatly arranged, and the pages are no longer milled or milled. The quality is better guaranteed.


Through the observation, analysis and elimination of the failure of the package, the author has great inspiration, only to prevent the wear and tear of equipment parts, can better avoid the glue failure. So how do you minimize and reduce equipment wear? In addition to the usual careful maintenance of equipment, reasonable operation and strict technical procedures are also very important. The milling back should be based on the principle of "in-folding" which can cut the book block, and reduce the amount of milling back to reduce the working resistance of the milling back cutter and the grooving cutter, thereby reducing the lower part of the book block to the inside of the fixed plate and the movable guard The friction prevents the sides of the "two plates" from being worn into a concave shape. In addition, the "two plates" spacing should be adjusted. When the book block passes between the fixed plate and the movable guard plate, there is a slight resistance to the degree. When the milling back cutter is working, it will not be adjusted due to the "two plates" spacing. Too large, the chattering friction of the book core milling back causes the inner side of the "two plates" corresponding to the knife edge to wear, which is also the operation essential to ensure the quality of the milling back, prevent the back milling deformation, and promote the quality of the package. It is an important measure to minimize the wear of the two plates and the backing and milling. Minimize the amount of milling back, and help to maintain the sharpness of the milling backing knife and the slotting knife, prevent the deformation of the milling back and stabilize the quality of the package.
