Since three-dimensional hot stamping is a process that completes hot stamping and embossing at the same time, the pressure not only affects the adhesion of anodized aluminum, but also relates to the embossing effect, and sometimes there may be an irreconcilable contradiction between the two. For example, setting the pressure higher can increase the adhesion of anodized aluminum on the paper, which is beneficial to hot stamping, but the paper may be damaged during the embossing process. Therefore, in order to achieve the best hot stamping effect on the basis of not crushing the paper, it is necessary to carefully set the pressure, reasonably adjust the height of the hot stamping plate, accurately calibrate the concave and convex bottom die, and ensure that all the hot stamping plate and the bottom die height and flatness are consistent.
