1. Skew caused by wear or rupture of bearings on the transfer path.
There are two small bearings on the track of the transfer nozzle. If one of them wears or ruptures, it will cause the paper to be skewed to one side, that is, the angle of inclination of each piece is the same. At this time, whether the wood wedge is used to change the height of the paper stack, or the direction of the paper is adjusted, the paper can not reach the front gauge, and the other side is always slower on the other side, which affects normal printing.
Solution: Replace worn or broken bearings.
2. Skew caused by the wear of the shaft end of the platen bearing
The platen bearing is located above the paperboard and above the wire tensioning bracket, and the ends are covered with a circlip. When the shaft end of the bearing is worn, the degree of tightness of the paper strips (4 or 6) is inconsistent, that is, the running speed of each strip is not synchronized, which causes the paper to be skewed, causing the pull tab to be out of position or When the head is pulled over, the printed positions of the printed sheets are different. If the shaft is shaken by hand without opening the paper, it is difficult to find the source of the fault, and it will mislead the operator to make it mistaken for the pull gauge or the malfunction of the photoelectric eye.
Solution: Loosen the 4 screws on the cardboard, remove the wear shaft, and change the two new shafts at a time.
