For example, in the die-cutting box, the intersection of the indented steel wire and the die cutter often causes a bursting failure. Burst occurs only in the film layer, and the burst line in a certain direction is particularly severe, and the underlying paper generally does not burst. This indicates that the failure is independent of the operation of the machine and the pressure of the die-cutting machine, and the problem lies in the film material for the film. In response to this situation, the following measures can be taken to solve it.
1. Replace the film raw materials.
2. If the product has not been processed, the paper feeding direction of the film can be changed.
3. Modify the die-cut version, divided into the following two cases.
(1)The processing of the whiteboard paper box is shown in Figure 1. Use the knife at 1, 3, and 4 in the figure. The cutter heads at 2, 5, and 6 are lengthened by 2 mm, and the angle is punched to about 110°.
(2)The processing of the corrugated cardboard packaging box is shown in Figure 2. Use the knife at 1, 2, 3, and 7 in the figure. The cutter lines at 4, 5, and 6 are made into a "U" shape with a knife.
