Once, during the normal printing process after loading and pulling the plate, the PS plate was partially torn and torn. After the failure occurs, if the printing is continued, the traces of the strain will be left on the plate water and the ink roller, and the hidden troubles will be buried; if the plate is printed or changed after the shutdown, it takes time and wastes the material. In the work, the author found a way to deal with this problem, and the practice verification effect is good. The specific practices are as follows:
(1) If the plate is found, it should be stopped immediately.
(2) Check if the job overprint is accurate. If the overprinting error is not caused by overprinting, if the overprinting error is not large, pull one end of the PS plate and pull the other end in the opposite direction until the workpiece is overprinted accurately. At the same time, the PS version of the mouth and the tip of the axial top plate screws are tightened to prevent running the plate.
(3) Dry the surface moisture around the PS plate with a dry cloth, and then tape the torn portion of the PS plate to the plate. In this way, the torn portion of the PS plate neither pulls the plate water and the ink roller, but also solves the circumferential sway of the plate cylinder during the normal printing process (because the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the drum causes the torn portion of the PS plate to continue). expand).
