The process flow of printing and exposure

Friends who open a printing shop will encounter some common problems in the process of printing and printing, such as how long the printing time takes, how long the vacuum time takes, and there is water on the film. Although the problem is small, it really affects the quality and effect of printing and exposure, and also directly affects the economic benefits of the printing shop. In terms of the process flow of printing and exposure, the printing market provides specific operation steps for printing shops and printing shops for the reference of friends in the printing industry. Let's take a closer look.
The process flow of the plate is as follows: preparation of photosensitive plate, plate mounting, exposure, development, inspection, correction, baking, ink extraction, and rubbing
Preparation of photosensitive plate: The preparation process includes three steps: configurement of photosensitive solution, surface treatment of plate base, and coating and drying. The PS version of the photosensitive solution is mainly composed of photosensitive agents (diazo), film-forming agents (synthetic resins) and organic solvents.
The surface of the metal plate must be pre-treated into a fine and porous sand mesh structure to improve the adsorption capacity, so as to establish a firm graphic part and a stable blank part in the printing.
Coating is done by evenly covering the photosensitive solution on the metal plate base.
Drying is a rapid formation of uniform and clean conjunctiva by changing the temperature and humidity of the environment.
Plate mounting: Place the photosensitive plate and the original version (the graphic basis of the exposure plate) to the corresponding position of the exposure machine and operate. It usually includes three specific operations: original positioning, backing plate shading, and air extraction sealing.
Exposure: Exposure of the photosensitive plate produces a chemical reaction, so as to realize the reproduction of the image and text from the original to the photosensitive plate. The PS version of the positive image is exposed under the action of ultraviolet light.
Development: The photosensitive layer of the blank part is removed to reveal a hydrophilic metal oxide film.
Check and fix: Corrected the quality problems of the exposed and developed PS version.
Baking plate: refers to the heat treatment of the graphic foundation of the PS plate in a high-temperature environment, with the purpose of enhancing the stability, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of the graphic part.
Ink lifting: Applying developing ink to the layout. Ink extraction has the functions of enhancing the ink philophilia of the graphic part and facilitating inspection.
Rubbing: Choose a chemical glue and rub it on the layout, so that the printing plate is anti-dirt, dust-proof and anti-oxidation.
