My method is to print a small number of color-printed business cards. When a large number of times, it is recommended to dilute all the inks and then print them.
The method I use is:
1. Add a little varnish, (2 drops) evenly spread on the rubber roller, (less ink) open the machine (color printing dragon 800LN+) speed 5-8 to 30 seconds.
2. On the plate, the version, I usually do not need test paper, I may pass the technology, huh, huh, in the waste of three sheets of paper to find a good location.
3. Next, I use a hair dryer, a small one, the quality has to pass, I use the Feike brand. In the position adjustment, when the machine rotates, first use the hair dryer to vertically bear on the paper stopper (the tuyere is downward) and blow the blanket with strong wind for about 5 seconds. Note: When the full version is overprinted, it must be blown back and forth. A place can't be blown to the PS version.
First, blow the wind back and forth for about 5 seconds, pay attention to the hand and do not move the position left or right, otherwise it will blow to the PS version or clip it into the machine. (Novices can put two gaps on the front end of the hair dryer and hold it on the paperboard. This can effectively prevent the left and right. Move) Pay attention to the position, and the gap should be placed on the handle so that the handle of the hair dryer can be comfortably held in the hand.
This method is to heat the blanket to dilute the ink, which works well. You can't always blow with strong winds. You can blow the first 10 sheets of paper, and then turn it into a weak wind. Blow it back and forth. If you only print the name, you can blow a place, but also pay attention to not blowing for a long time. In the middle, the hair dryer should be stopped for about 3 seconds without affecting the printing effect, otherwise it will affect the life of the blanket.
The same applies when the amount of printing is large, which can make the virtual word black, so that the peers can not see the overprint.
