First, we must pay attention to the opening of proofs
The proof sheet is a sample before the official printing. It is an important basis for checking proofreading. It plays an important role in improving the quality of printed products and reducing waste. Observe the proofs and pay attention to check whether the contents of the printed products are correct, whether there are any errors or omissions, whether the imposition format matches the binding method, and whether the page numbers correspond.
Second, we must strengthen the sampling inspection
During the printing process, it is important to check the ink color change of the sample. The amount of ink supplied and the amount of water supplied to the printed product during the trial printing process will always change somewhat. After the start-up, the sample should be checked by sampling to make the quality of the printed product stable. Under normal circumstances, 500 to 1000 samples are sampled at 1 to 2 sheets, with emphasis on the observation of sample color and ink color changes. Ink inspection generally compares the two sides of the print to the middle, or prints the print off the ink for comparison, and can be compared with the previous prints. If there is a change, fine-tune the ink supply system. At the same time, you should also pay attention to whether the moisture of the layout changes. The inspection of the rules, especially the inspection of the first color of the monochrome machine, can often extract about 25 prints, and smash the bite into the fork to see if the rules are consistent, whether the front gauge and the side gauge are positioned. accurate.
Third, we must balance quality inspection
After continuous printing for a period of time, the paper powder, paper wool and fine ink in the ink and other dirt, easily adhere to the printing plate or rubber, causing the text lines to be broken, missing or the text is dirty. In order to eliminate the above situation, in the printing process, it is necessary to continuously check the quality of the printed products. If such a situation occurs, the ink paper hair should be wiped off. In order to prevent the ink color from changing due to downtime, it is generally advisable to put 10 to 15 sheets of blotting paper and then continue printing. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to and check the printed products frequently, and observe whether there is any sticky phenomenon on the back side. For printed products with a large ink layer thickness of the printed products, measures such as dusting should be taken.
