Strengthen employee quality awareness

To improve the quality awareness and technical level of employees, it can be achieved through education and training.
1. It is necessary for every employee to realize the importance of improving product quality, so that the quality policy formulated by the company can be implemented without compromise. 2. Strengthening process control, developing processing plans
As a production management personnel of a printing company, only by familiarizing with the products to be processed and the existing equipment conditions and technical strength of the factory, can we formulate reasonable processing plans and produce good products.
1. After receiving the construction order and cleaning samples, the production management personnel must first understand the process requirements and the quality of the materials used, make the wool samples and construction orders and check the samples, and confirm whether the specified requirements of the construction orders can be met during the processing.
2. According to the existing equipment condition and technical strength of the workshop, develop detailed processing plans, including processing sequence, process method, materials, equipment and quality standards, and indicate the quality points that should be paid attention to when the products are produced in each process, so as to improve the machine. Scientific scheduling

In fact, reasonable and scientific scheduling can guarantee the quality of products to a large extent. Especially in the case of “short cycle and high quality”, the control between product cycle and quality can only be solved by reasonable and scientific production scheduling.
1. For the same variety of products, it is usually printed first, then printed after the post, giving the printed product a relatively long drying time, so that it is fully natural and dry, avoiding the large amount of ink and causing the printed matter to be dirty; After cutting, the paper continues to expand and contract, causing the slits to be irregular, the ink is not dry, and the film is foaming and other quality problems.
2. For different products that are due at the same time, the processing sequence should be arranged according to the complexity of the process. For example, hard-wear products and saddle-stitched products that are due at the same time should be arranged as much as possible to arrange the hardcover product to ensure that the book block has a long strapping time so that the book cover can be dried naturally, so as to ensure the finalization effect of the finished book. The shell does not warp.
3. When the production process of the upper and lower processes is closely linked, the scientific production scheduling can effectively avoid the phenomenon of equal work and rushing work caused by the mistakes in the production arrangement, which not only improves the efficiency, but also avoids the phenomenon that the radish is fast and does not wash the mud.
