Quality light box cloth characteristics

The light box cloth is divided into three types according to the production process: a knife scraping light box cloth, a calendering light box cloth and a legal light box cloth.
Knife scraping

Calendering
The calendering method is to thoroughly stir a variety of raw materials such as PVC powder and liquid plasticizer, and then bond with the base fabric by a pressure of a high-temperature heat roller. It is characterized by good surface flatness and uniform light transmission, and has an advantage in the inner lighting cloth. However, due to the limitations of the equipment, the width is generally not more than 3m. The 645 and 945 light box fabrics developed by 3M in Korea are produced by this process; the Lexi light box cloth developed by LG Korea is also representative of such a process.

Generally, thermal inkjet inkjet printers use inks between 70% and 90% to maintain the smoothness of the nozzles and to match the heat. Indoor dye type micro piezoelectric ink
Applicable to EPSON nozzle models, mainly MIMAKIJV2 830/860/880 series and MUTOH RJ4000/6000, ROLAN FJ 40/50, including the latest MIMAKIJV-4, MUTOH RJ-8000 and ROLAND FJ-500/600 series, pressure The electric spray head uses a piezoelectric crystal to strike and oscillate a diaphragm fixed in the print head, so that the ink in the print head is ejected. Because it is a "cold spray", the nozzle does not need to be replaced regularly, but the early ink price is higher, so the early indoor production cost is higher than the thermal foaming. The fourth-generation EPSON nozzles have greatly improved the speed of inkjet printing, and the micro-piezoelectric inks have also dropped to below 0.25 yuan/mL. Outdoor pigment type micro piezoelectric ink

Solvent ink (1)
The ink is not a true solvent ink. It can only be regarded as a ketone ink. Because it is corrosive to PVC materials, it can be used to print ordinary light box cloth and is used on MIMAKI and MUTOH of EPSON nozzles. What is avoided is that the machine is also highly corrosive, and the equipment will gradually become unstable, and often some problems are discovered after the warranty period, especially the weather resistance can only be up to 3 months, the user can only "big call" "Because", but because of the temptation of "sprayable ordinary light box cloth", there are still many people who are fooled. The ink can only be said to be suitable for the "psychological" of Chinese advertising production, so it can only be "a short-lived" and quickly eliminated out of the market.
Solvent ink (2)
Suitable for large spray machines and the latest infiniti limit series, the ink is highly corrosive and can be directly infiltrated into the interior of the light box cloth and PVC material. Therefore, the nozzle is required to be used, and a special solvent type nozzle is required, and the nozzle is attached. The equipment requirements are also high, so solvent inks are not suitable for any nozzles of Japan EPSON, and only the UK XRRA and SPECTRA companies are currently capable of producing the nozzles.
