1. The color of each batch or the same batch is inconsistent
(1) When the first proof is made, the scraper angle and ink ratio must be recorded in detail.
(2) Pre-press control, since the spot color ink is generally self-adjusted, it is necessary to ensure the deviation of the ink used, the ratio is accurate, the ink tray. The ink stick is stirred, and the ink pump is cleaned. 2. Uneven transfer of ink
(1) In the color grading, the ink type should be minimized. The two colors can be used without the three colors. The inks of different manufacturers cannot be mixed. After the preparation, the mixture should be fully stirred and added with appropriate methyl ethyl ketone. Dissolved. (1) Reduce the pressure of the indentation roller.

4. Peel strength is insufficient and speed of dip
Because the spot color generally accounts for 40%-60% of the entire package, or even more. Therefore, the peel strength of the spot color must be good and can be controlled from the following aspects.
(1) The surface tension of the substrate should meet the requirements and should not be less than 38 dynes/cm.
(2) Select the ink suitable for the substrate type.
(3) The solvent with a low surface tension is selected to reduce the surface tension of the entire ink system, thereby improving the wettability to the substrate.
(4) Increase the heat and air volume of the oven. If the heat of the oven is small, the amount of air is small, and the amount of ink on the spot color is large, which may cause insufficient adhesion and peeling.
