First, use the anilox roller reasonably
For flexographic printing, it is especially important to use the anilox roller correctly and reasonably. In the case of layer printing, the number of lines of the anilox roll is generally high, ensuring that the opening area of the black hole is smaller than the area of the dot area of the smallest area on the printing plate. Generally, the number of lines of the anilox roll is 3-5 times that of the plate mesh, and it is preferable to control the ink supply amount to be less than 5% of the actual printing ink amount. In order to make the anilox roller have a precise amount of ink transfer, the anilox roller must be cleaned regularly, and there are various cleaning methods such as burning, punching, brushing, and sticking. In order to prevent the smoothness of the printing material from being poor, the printing effect is poor, and the colorless varnish and the aqueous thinner are used once, and the printing effect can be better after the bottoming. In addition, try to use a plate roll with a small circumference, so that the plate roller and the anilox roller have more contact, which reduces the phenomenon that the plate roller is too large and causes the ink to dry on the plate.
Second, we must pay attention to the production of color network cable
In the production of flexographic color network cable, the problems of tone compression, tone reproduction, gray balance, etc. must be considered in the process of color separation, to adapt to the characteristics of flexographic printing.
There are many factors that cause dot enlargement in the flexographic printing process, such as the accuracy of the printing machine, the rationality of the ink supply, the adjustment of the printing pressure, the quality of the printing material, the control of the viscosity of the ink and the pH value, etc., which should be based on the actual situation in production. Make the corresponding dot gain curve.
Third, control the expansion of outlets
Control dot enlargement is a key issue in the success of flexographic printing, with special emphasis on minimum pressure in flexographic printing. The flexibility of the printing plate is an advantageous side of flexographic printing, but controlling the flexographic pressure is a more difficult side. As a result of the expansion of the dot, the highlight becomes dark, and the dark tone becomes the field. When adjusting the printing pressure, it should be noted that the pressure of the anilox roller and the plate roller should be as small as possible, and the overall pressure consistency of the printing machine is ensured.
Fourth, master the ink application
For more than four years, all domestic ink printing has been used, and it has been applied very well. The main key to using ink is to control and maintain the viscosity and pH of the ink. It is good at applying ink additives and mastering the changing rules of ink. Generally, it is operated according to the technical specifications provided by the ink manufacturer. The smoothness and ink absorption of different environments and substrates should be properly adjusted. Ink that has exceeded the shelf life must be used with care and rationality.
