Inappropriate mesh spacing can adversely affect print quality, resulting in poor copying accuracy, smudging, blistering, ghosting, ink sticks, missing levels, blurred edges, mesh marks, incomplete images, and inaccurate overprinting. If the mesh distance is too large, the screen will rebound too quickly so that the ink cannot be fully transferred to the substrate, causing the screen to appear in the screen, the image is incomplete, the ink bar, the bubble, the edge of the image is blurred, and the printing speed is slowed down.

The correct spacing should be such that the screen has a minimum tension during the screen printing process and the screen can rebound immediately. Adjust the mesh distance 1, improve the tension of the screen, and the tension of the screen is high, so that the mesh distance can be reduced and the printing speed can be accelerated.
