Fault 1: Sudden initialization or initialization

Treatment method:

1 It is possible to pressurize the PSI power supply and measure whether the DC voltage of the MCON board TP-AC and TB6 is within the range of 4.8-5.3V. If not, adjust the VRI of the PSI board.

2 It is possible that the motherboard is faulty (MCON board), check each motor and insurance.


Fault 2: Report "Machine eror15" error

Treatment method:

1 Check the laser head: Observe the light path in the darkroom (usually) High DPI (3000, 2400) output, only a short time after the error, the low DPI (1000, 2000) can output about A4 image after the light disappears and gives an error . Usually this is a laser head failure.

2 Check the Star sensor if there is light on the light path and an error is reported. Check if the "Star sensor" sensor is not in the right position or if something is dirty.

3MACON board is broken.


Fault 3: image distortion

Treatment method:

The light of a five-sided mirror is unstable and has a jump.

2 The film is unstable: the parts are not in place during installation, and the parts are worn out for a long time.

Fault 4: Report "Machine error 17, 18, 19 or Load error" error

Treatment method:

1 Check the motor (Front slack guide motor).

2 Check the “Front slack roller position” sensor status to see if it is in the wrong position.


Fault 5: Black line (direction is horizontal)

Treatment method:

1Because the roller is dirty, wipe the roller clean.

2 The ground wire is not good, and the roller is caused by static electricity.

3 The operating voltage is unstable and there is a large voltage difference jump.

4 data transmission is unstable (RIP machine memory, issuing card, hard disk will have an impact).


Fault 6: 5055S machine report (Film jam 5) wrong

Treatment method:

1 The cassette is turned over, and the film can't get in. When the cassette is placed, the machine starts to rotate. If you hear the sound of “咔”, the machine must be a card to adjust the position of the aluminum sheet on the right side of the cassette.

2 The cassette shelf is deformed.

3 machines have no level


Fault 7: 5055 reported "Film jam 4" wrong

Treatment method:

1 machine has no level.

2 The film is not good.


Fault 8: There is a white strip in the direction of Film (softer)

Treatment method:

1 The compensation mirror has dirty spots.

2 There are dirty things at 2Shuter.


Fault 9: the machine is out of white, reappears and disappears, the word has ghosting, image shift

Solution: Replace the B9110 chip on the motherboard.


Fault 10: Display alarm: SERIAL ERROR 11

Reason: It should be a communication error between the imagesetter and the machine.

Deal with:

1 Check if there is a problem with the connection and power supply (ground, voltage).

2 Disconnect the imagesetter from the puncher (set the DIPSW switch 6 on the main control board to ON) and try it separately. If the error is still reported, the motherboard should be damaged.


Fault 11: Display alarm: MACHINE ERROR 30

Cause: The motherboard power supply should be lower than 4.8 V.

Phenomenon: RECORDING 1%-100% suddenly disappears when re-initialization, re-initialize INSTALLING....

Processing: Measure the voltage between TP06--TPA02 on the main control board with a voltmeter (DC) to see if it is less than 4.8V (normally 4.8V-5.3V). If yes, adjust PS1 on the power board (a small screw with a yellow dot and a yellow clock, turn clockwise, and increase the voltage) to make the motherboard voltage 5V. If it is invalid, consider replacing the power board.


Fault 12: Display alarm: MACHINE ERROR 24

Reason: The gears between the imagesetter and the cassette should not fit well or the sensor will be defective.

Deal with:

1Re-adjust the position of the cassette. (guide)

Fault 13: Display alarm: AFP POWER OFF 1

The reason:

1 only started the imagesetter and the machine did not open. (guide)

2 The sockets OF111 and OF112 on the main board are plugged in.

3 The connection on the motherboard is loose.


Fault 14: Display alarm: LOADING ERROR

Cause: An error occurred during the filming process.

Deal with:

1When the film is placed on the film, it is placed in the proper position of the rubber roller. (guide)

2 Check that the connection between the main motor and the main roller is working properly.


Fault 15: Display alarm: WIDTH NOT ENOUGH

Cause: The film width does not match the set width of the imagesetter.

Handling: Set the maximum size of 549.9mm in the imagesetter. Change the settings in the FILM menu. (guide)


Fault 16: Display alarm: MACHINE ERROR 2

Cause: The front cutter has failed

Deal with:

1 Is the position of the plug inserted in the ON 110? (After the initial installation of the machine or the replacement of the motherboard by the old machine).

2 Check if the insurance of the cutter is ON or OFF and it should be ON.

3 The position of the knife sensor is moving or the sensor is broken.


Fault 17: Display alarm: MACHINE ERROR 15 (12)

Cause: When the exposure is started, the exposure signal is too weak or the sensor does not sense the light signal.

Deal with:

1 Improve the light value, clean the light path, and clean the sensor. (guide)

The 2nd head sensor position moves.

3 motherboard is bad or the laser is broken.


Fault 18: Display alarm: IMAGE ERROR

Cause: The data signal transmission communication error.

Deal with:

1 Check that the SCSI interface and interface board are correct.

2 format the hard disk (for customers who use the hard disk).

3 Replace the new hard drive (for customers who use the hard drive).


Fault 19: There are black lines on the film produced by the imagesetter (very thin black lines, along the direction of the film), one or more.

The reason:

1 static

2 The film is scratched before entering the fixing solution during the filming process.

Deal with:

1 Check if the ground wire meets the requirements and whether there is loose contact. Measure zero ground voltage (requires less than 3V).

2 Clean the outlet of the machine and clean the position of the inlet of the machine. Dispose of as a high-grade lens paper or suede with alcohol.

3 Development, fixing, and washing of the washing machine. Be careful not to scratch the underlying rubber roller.


Punching machine part


Fault 1: When the punching machine is turned on, the developing light starts to light up.

Treatment method:

1 There are dirty spots at the sensor to block the light, be careful with a clean cloth or cotton.

2 The sensor is broken.


Fault 2: There are many white spots in the field.

Treatment: Fixing and mixing, and changing the liquid.


Fault 3: boot report "card"

Treatment method:

1 Whether there is a film stuck, the motor does not turn.

2 Check if the motor has voltage, there is voltage, and the motor does not turn into motor.

3 If the motor does not have voltage, the motherboard is faulty.


Fault 4: The drying part has water or fixing and it is easy to mix into the developing

Treatment: The drainage level is higher than the inlet water level.


Fault 5: There are black lines on the film (there are obvious bruises in multiple positions)

Cause: The film was bruised before entering the fixing solution during filming.

1 Check whether there is gear position movement or loss in the roller side of the punching machine.

2 Development, fixing, and washing of the washing machine. Be careful not to scratch the underlying rubber roller


Remarks: Determine if the line is caused by the puncher or the phototyper.

Fault 1: can not imposition output or can not explain large files

Treatment method:

2RIP's print buffer setting is too small, should be set to 16384MB.

Fault 2: The gradient effect of Illustrator is very poor

Treatment method:

1 Select [setup] in the [File] menu of Illustrator, and then select [Compalible Gradient and Gradient Mesh Printing].


Fault 3: HQ-510 can send out, Founder PSP can not issue

Solution: NT operating system problem, reinstall NT after formatting the hard disk
