The transfer roller, the transfer roller and the offset roller which are used for carrying, transferring and transferring in the offset printing machine are rubber rollers, and these rubber rollers often cooperate with the inkjet rollers and heavy rollers of different materials to function together. In general, the higher the grease-sensing property of the rubber roller, the better the adhesion and transfer properties of the ink thereon. After using for a long period of time, the rubber roller tends to cause deterioration of the sensory performance due to the aging film on the surface, which is not conducive to the normal transfer of the ink, especially the common type ink which is easy to be emulsified and some special inks which are easy to absorb water and easily change color. . In this case, not only is the ink emulsified heavily, but also the ink roller accumulation phenomenon is likely to occur, resulting in an increase in printed dots and a virtual text.
In order to avoid the above-mentioned undesirable phenomena, we often use blanket cleaning and reducing agent treatment to restore the good grease sensitivity of the rubber roller. Since the blanket cleaning and reducing agent volatilizes quickly, uneven coating, excessive expansion of the rubber roller and recovery of the rubber roller often occur, which affects the stable use performance. In response to this situation, we have adopted the following method.
If the surface of the rubber roller is lighter, first disassemble the rubber roller and place it on the ink roller holder, take a plastic container or glass container, inject a certain amount of gasoline inward, and then clean the reducing agent with a blanket to 1: The ratio of 20 is injected into the gasoline and the mixture is stirred (the amount of the mixture should be determined according to the degree of aging of the rubber roller and its specific requirements). Then, the mixture is immersed with a cleaning device or gauze and the surface of the rubber roller is quickly wiped once, and the entire surface is sufficiently wetted, and the mixture is thoroughly washed after the aging film of the rubber roller is relieved. In order to ensure good cleaning and recovery performance, it is advisable to scrub from one end of the rubber roller to the other end during the cleaning process, and to continuously and evenly rotate the rubber roller so that the surface of the rubber roller is restored. If the cleaning is performed once, the recovery effect is not good enough, and the second and third cleanings can be performed until a good cleaning effect is achieved.
If the surface of the rubber roller is seriously deteriorated, the blanket cleaning agent and the gasoline can be prepared in a ratio of 1:10 (the proportion of the preparation can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the actual situation to achieve the purpose of rapid cleaning). The specific cleaning method is basically the same as the previous one. However, it is worth noting that the cleaning after the increase of the proportion should be rapid to avoid the cleaning performance of the mixture due to the volatilization. If the surface of the rubber roller is lighter or the surface has a strong adhesion ink layer, then after the ink is changed or the ink on the ink roller is thoroughly cleaned, the blanket is cleaned with a reducing agent and gasoline at 1:20. Or the ratio of 1:15 is prepared and sprayed on the inking system of the printing machine. At the same time, the printing machine should be rotated to distribute the mixture evenly on each rubber roller. After the printing machine rotates for 1 minute to 2 minutes, stop the inspection. The cleaning effect and recovery of the rubber roller. If the surface of the rubber roller is still low in liptivity or there is still an ink layer, it is also possible to pour some mixed liquid onto the rubber roller and continue to clean it by the above method until it meets the requirements. Finally, some white ink is applied to the transfer roller and allowed to spread evenly while the surface of the rubber roller is wetted. This can make the washed ink color and the aged material on the surface of the rubber roller into the ink, and finally the ink is fully transferred or washed away.
This method of cleaning the rubber roller directly on the printing machine by using the mixed liquid and restoring its fat sensitivity is very simple, and the method of cleaning the rubber roller can save a lot of time. This method is especially suitable for the process of replacing dark ink with light ink, which can effectively eliminate the adhesion and residue of dark ink on the rubber roller, thereby avoiding the change of ink hue caused by color mixing. In the course of work, we also use the mixed liquid to clean the rubber roller regularly or irregularly, which is very beneficial for preventing the aging of the ink roller. The good results show that it is feasible to use a blanket to clean the mixture of reducing agent and gasoline, and to use different cleaning forms to clean the rubber roller. This method plays an important role in saving cleaning materials, stabilizing the performance of the rubber roller, printing quality and reducing the occurrence of printing failures.
