The quality of printed matter is affected by many factors. With the evaluation standard of product quality, it is possible to carry out effective measurement and control according to the corresponding technical indicators in a targeted manner for plate making, printing and finished products.
Film measurement
The color two for the film includes the transmission density and the dot area. Whether the film is accurate or not will directly affect the quality of the subsequent processes.
Transmission density includes the fog and solid density of the film. The fog is the density of the film, mainly monitoring the light transmission performance of the film base. The density of the base should not be higher than 0.05D. If the gray dew is too high, it is necessary to increase the exposure amount when printing, which causes the dot change to be too large and the small dot to be lost.
Quality control of the printing process
Field density is also the highest density of film, mainly to monitor whether the chemical process of exposure and development is correct or stable. Generally, the high density value should be between 3.8D and 4.0D (laser film will be higher). If the density in the field is too high, the resolution is reduced; on the contrary, the low density is too low, and the blank portion is easily exposed insufficiently during the printing process, resulting in a bad phenomenon.
Measuring the area of the dot has two functions: - it is a linearized photo-aligning machine, and the second is to see if the output dot area is correct. The linearized imagesetter prevents the output quality from being unstable due to changes in development and fixing conditions. If the film area of the film is not correct, it will affect the quality of printing and printing.
Plate measurement
Currently, the types of network points used are AM sites, FM sites, hybrid sites, etc. Measured for different types of outlets
The parameters are different. For AM sites, you need to measure the percentage of dots, the number of wires, the mesh angle, etc., while the FM and hybrid dots only need to measure the percentage of dots. Regardless of the type of network point used, monitoring, dot vertigo, dot loss or excessive zooming are important.
Quality control of the printing process
After the plate. By viewing the image in the plate gauge, you can monitor whether the plate and the dot are faint.
