The casting film forming method has higher requirements on the process and equipment, and the quality of the finished film produced is relatively high.
The details are as follows: After PVA is dissolved, additives such as plasticizer and cross-linking agent are added, defoamed, extruded and cast onto a steel belt or drum, heated and dried, peeled off from the steel strip, and wound up. The process is simple, but the equipment is not simple. Firstly, the extrusion nozzle should be precise, the steel belt or the drum should be flat, otherwise the film that is cast out is not uniform; secondly, the flat roller should be added in the film transmission, otherwise the PVA film will be drawn into the rope. A lot of details, making high-end products is not an easy task.
