The most common size of the album is 16 open, that is, 210×285mm, the reason is that this size is the most economical paper, the national standard magnanimous paper is 889×1194mm, a generous paper can just print 16 pages, so it is called magnanimity 16 open. Generally, the size of the book is slightly different, the book is printed on the national standard positive paper, the positive size is 787×1092mm, and the size is 185×260mm after 16 opening, so most of the fiction and prose books we see in the library are this size.
Printing process
The use of color printing is the most important process of corporate brochures, all pages of color printing, binding and printing into a book. However, in order to increase the aesthetic performance of the album, many albums have some other printing processes, such as embossing, UV, hot stamping, embossing, silk screen printing, lamination, gold rolling, air permeability, etc. UV: Enhances the sense of light and highlights the three-dimensional effect. Lamination: Effectively prevent the paper from yellowing, fading and damage, and has a certain waterproof performance. Tin perm: better texture, gorgeous and noble quality. Convexity: Increase the three-dimensionality of the image, increase the feel and look of the printed matter. Common album printing and binding methods are: saddle nails, wireless glue binding, sewing glue binding, hardcover, etc. Saddle Nails: Albums are flat, low-cost, fast and convenient, and are suitable for albums with few page numbers. Wireless glue binding: the cutting edge is neat and aesthetic, and it is easy to flip through. Locking glue binding: reinforcing the quality of glue binding, higher density, flat and not easy to spread.
