1. The printed matter is discolored.

Printing image ink film discoloration is a failure of the printing process or the finished product in the outdoor aging stage. The printing ink film is aging in the atmosphere. Under very severe conditions, fading or discoloration occurs prematurely. The ink film is exposed in the atmosphere. Due to the action of ultraviolet rays, the color changes with the temperature of the atmosphere, temperature, and sunlight. The strength and the nature of the printed ink film, the saturation of the color and the coloring power of the color, the pH of the ink film, the impurities in the atmosphere, or the length of continuous exposure in the atmosphere vary.

Therefore, before printing, we should try not to use faded lake ink, but use rutile to extract white ink produced by titanium dioxide; add X24 to the packaging printing ink to improve its anti-tarnishing. Adding a whitening agent at the same time is also one of the commonly used methods.

2. The ink film is white. White ink, blue ink system After the printing process, the surface of the wet ink film presents irregular white spots of white pigment (also known as floating color, which is different from black and blue floating white spots), especially when compounding or It will be more pronounced after aluminum plating. In the case of blue ink, blank spots of different sizes like pinholes tend to appear after printing, which seriously affects the appearance quality of the packaged printed matter. The main cause of the failure is related to the type of pigment selected in the ink system, and the flocculation or separation of the pigment due to the incorporation of another ink, thereby causing the pigment in the ink system to float.

The countermeasure for this failure is to select a pigment with the same particle size and the same specific gravity as the raw material, and the gift printing production ink is good, and the second is to extend the dispersion time or subtract the active auxiliary agent.
