 Whether using imported printing equipment or domestic printing equipment, the unstable performance of paper before printing is a big headache for many printers, especially gold or silver composite cardboard or transfer gold, silver, and laser paper. The main problems are as follows: due to temperature and humidity changes, it has been stretched and deformed before printing, and there is a ruffled edge; the surface coating varnish does not match the printing ink resin system, resulting in mutual dissolution; surface scratching is serious. These problems have brought different levels of difficulty to printing.

In order to avoid the above problems, Shenzhen Jinjia Color Printing Co., Ltd. has developed a production process integrating transfer, composite and nine-color UV gravure. The scientific research results enjoy the patent of the world gravure printing technology.

Not long ago, a rotary gravure production line using the research results has been settled in Shenzhen Jinjia Color Printing Co., Ltd., and the installation and commissioning work has been completed. The machine is manufactured by Cerutti, Italy. This is the first in China and the world's first rotary gravure production line integrating transfer, composite and nine-color UV gravure. It is named Jinjia Color Printing-960cerutti3288 (hereinafter referred to as Jinjia 3288).

First, equipment performance

The printing width of Jinjia 3288 gravure printing line is 400-820mm, which can be printed from 80g/m2 single-sided coated paper to 350g/m2 cardboard. The printing speed can reach up to 300m/min. From white card paper unwinding, transfer and composite film unwinding, glue bonding, oven drying, peeling, cooling, OPP and PET film winding, surface varnishing, to line printing (front and back laser positioning printing), UV printing, UV Over-oil, cut large sheets can be completed at one time. Glue and 9 printing units are driven independently.

The machine can complete the following processes:

(1) Complete transfer, peeling, printing (front and back printing, front laser positioning printing), UV printing, UV oiling, and cutting.

(2) Complete local transfer (equivalent to cold-hot or holographic anti-counterfeiting hot stamping), peeling, printing (front and back printing, frontal laser positioning printing), UV printing, over-UV oil, and cutting.

(3) Completion of composite, printing (front and back printing), UV printing, UV oil, and cutting.

(4) One-sided coated paper, white cardboard or gold and silver cardboard printing (front and back printing), UV printing, UV oil, and large sheeting.

(5) The milk carton is printed, oiled, and cut into large pieces.

(6) Partial transfer of the milk carton (equivalent to cold or holographic anti-counterfeiting hot stamping), printing, oiling, and cutting.

(7) The paper guide roller is made of special metal, and the surface is specially treated to print plastic packaging.

(8) Provide transfer paper and composite paper processing for sheetfed printing (offset, gravure, etc.).

Second, superiority

Solved the problem of the stability of printing paper, is the biggest advantage of Jinjia 3288 gravure production line. Before the line is printed at a printing speed of 150m/min, the paper is first combined with BOPP and PET film, and then dried by 6 sets of ovens, and stretched with appropriate tension. When it reaches the printing unit, the paper has been Invisible and variable. The use of the production line also solves a major problem in the prepress processing process, and eliminates the need to purchase metal paper from the packaging paper composite factory, eliminating some cumbersome processes, effectively saving time and reducing production costs.

Third, wet transfer, composite coating

Jinjia 3288 can be transferred in two ways:

1. Three-roller coating

Three-roller coating is used for full-size transfer and composite products. The amount of dry glue is controlled at 4~6g/m2, the coating quality is stable, the coating is uniform, and the bonding is firm. At the same time, the pressure and the amount of glue applied can be adjusted according to the scale. The higher the pressure, the glue is applied. The smaller the amount. Uniform coating can ensure that the transferred product will not appear due to the too thick glue, the water mark, the adhesive layer is too thin, the adhesion is not strong, and the peeling is incomplete.

2. Anilox roller coating

Anilox roller is mainly used for local transfer (equivalent to bronzing process or holographic anti-counterfeiting gilding), and can also be used for full-page transfer and composite products.

The anilox roll is generally made of a ceramic anilox roll, which is relatively expensive. The engraved gravure is used as a rubberized roller, which has low price, good test performance and convenient operation. The applicator gravure related parameters of the rubberized roller.

It is coated with engraved gravure, the coating is uniform, the pressure is easy to control, the bonding is firm, the drying effect is good, the product performance is stable, and it is easy to peel off.

Fourth, dry transfer, composite mode

Dry transfer and compound sounds stranger. In China, this is indeed a new technology and new process. But for the Jinjia 3288 gravure press that integrates advanced innovation technology, it is not difficult.

For dry transfer and compounding, it must have the superiority of equipment, and then use special adhesives. Adhesive indicators.

Dry transfer and compounding must be carried out using an anilox roll or an engraved gravure. The coating amount is relatively uniform. When the back side of the film is glued, it is not eager to adhere to the paper, but is first dried in an oven at an appropriate temperature; and the paper passes over the oven, and the film runs synchronously with the paper. When the film is out of the oven, it is not completely dried, and it is heated by the hot oil roller at 120 °C, and it can be firmly combined with the paper by the action of the pressure roller in time. After cooling or peeling or varnishing, it is then possible to enter the printing unit for gravure printing.

Dry transfer and compounding are generally used for printing high-end products. Because it is done in one shot, the paper is not easily deformed, and the multi-color overprinting accuracy is extremely high. In addition, because of fewer processes, you can save time.

5. How to control the printing surface within the laser transfer film surface

1. Laser film production process principle

The manufacturing process of the laser film is complicated, and it adopts a vacuum aluminum plating method. That is, the evaporation boat is heated to 1400 to 1500 ° C, and the aluminum filament continuously sent to the evaporation boat is turned into aluminum vapor. Since the base film has an electrostatic adsorption force, aluminum molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the film. After cooling deposition, aluminum is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the continuously wound film to form an aluminized film. Then, the laser-engraved laser plate was wrapped on a roller, and the aluminized film was molded at a temperature of 130 ° C to form a laser film. The laser plate is wrapped on the roller and cannot be completely seamlessly combined. Therefore, every other plate spacing, a 0.5 to 2 mm seam is left on the laser film.

2. Jinjia 3288 has the laser film transfer printing function

The Autoron1600 system's high-speed scan tracker recognizes and tracks small or weak cursors at 500m/min. During the transfer printing process, due to the tensile stretching, the laser film changes with the change of tension before it is bonded to the paper. When the laser film enters the printing unit, the high-scanning tracker of the first color group can directly identify the seam of the laser film, and at the same time, give several different overprinting error signals that need to be adjusted, and automatically adjust the tension and adjust the compensation roller in time. The printing unit independently drives the motor to automatically adjust, and can track the printing surface firmly within the plate spacing of the laser film by tracking overprinting, leaving the seam to the tip and the mouth.
