Digital information-based on-demand printing technology is based on the electrophotographic and non-impact printing solutions of non-impact printers. Digital printing device and on-demand printing paper
When comparing color digital printing devices with transaction printers, the main items that affect paper and quality are summarized as follows:
(1) High speed - In terms of business use, dry toner is used, common black and white A420ppm, color is 20ppm, while in color digital printing equipment, dry toner is 130ppm, liquid toner is 40ppm, showing 5 to 10 times the printing speed. Therefore, the requirement for the paper is to suppress the occurrence of static electricity and paper powder in addition to the stability of the paper feed.
(2) Image quality and toner transferability - When the toner or the intermediate transfer body is used to transfer the toner to the paper by the electric field, the resistance of the surface volume changes according to the moisture of the paper, and the roller is given When the paper is used, heat can be used to homogenize the water, thereby obtaining stable toner transferability. In addition, when the two sides are simultaneously transferred, the paper is required to maintain the uniformity of the received electricity.
(3) Image quality and toner fixing property--Use dry toner, melt toner by means of hot roller or hot melt, adopt the method of pressing, and use paper fixing by infrared non-contact. If the wet toner is used, the photochromic toner is first transferred to the blanket and transferred to the paper by heat and pressure.
