All of the above are the installation of a single machine. If multiple machines are installed in a workshop, how should they be in place? There are many factors to consider when installing multiple machines. The following is a detailed analysis of possible situations.

1. Installation of multiple single and two-color machines. Due to the short body of the single and two-color machine, the relative position is relatively flexible, but there are two principles that must be observed: 1 If the longitudinal direction of the machine is parallel to the operating surface, the operation of the machine Face the corridor; 2 If the longitudinal direction of the machine is perpendicular to the workshop corridor, the paper feeding area should be in contact with the corridor. Since most of the workshop corridors are located in the middle of the workshop, there are only two situations in which the machine can be seated: 1 If the space on both sides of the intermediate corridor is 4-5 m longer than the longitudinal direction of the machine, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be perpendicular to the workshop corridor. The paper feeding portion faces the corridor; 2 if the space on both sides of the intermediate corridor is less than 4 m longer than the longitudinal direction of the machine, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be parallel to the workshop corridor, and the operation surface should face the corridor.

(1) If the machine's paper is in the hallway, the installation of each machine should be the same as the installation of a single machine. Since two adjacent machines have an operation surface corresponding to a transmission surface, the distance between them should be based on the space occupied by the operation surface, and the operation surface of the other machine can be operated in the space above. If it is carried out, it is not necessary to reserve space for it, that is, the distance between the two machines should not be less than 2-3 m. If possible, the distance should be as large as possible. The side wall of the original workshop of the agricultural paper part should not be less than 2n. The paper feeding section shall be no less than 2m from the corridor of the workshop. The distance between the transmission surface of the machine on the far side and the wall shall not be less than 1.5m, and the top of the machine shall not be less than 1m from the ceiling.

(2) If the operating surface of the machine corresponds to the corridor, the adjacent two machines shall be the delivery part of one machine and the paper-engraving part of the other machine, and the distance between them shall be the delivery part. The space occupied shall prevail. However, since the utilization rate of the paper-making part is also relatively high, in addition to the space occupied by the paper-receiving part, a certain dedicated space should be reserved for it, so that between the two parts of the machine and the delivery line are The distance should not be less than 2.5m, and the distance between the transmission surface and the wall edge of the machine should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between the operating surface of the machine and the workshop corridor should be less than 2m.

2. Installation of multiple multi-color machines. Due to the long fuselage of the multi-color machine, in most workshops, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be parallel to the intermediate corridor of the workshop, ie the operating surface of the machine should be in contact with the corridor. However, in some large workshops, the distance between the two corridors is greater than 4 to 5 m, and the longitudinal direction of the machine should be perpendicular to the corridor of the workshop.

3. Mixing of single, two-color and multi-color machines. For the installation of this type of hybrid machine, the main consideration should be the problem of paper handling. From the point of view of pulling paper, it is obvious that when the operation of the machine faces the middle corridor, it is most convenient to pull the paper. The distance between two adjacent units is the same as described above.
