For the color-increasing method, in the double-line range of the monochrome image, another color is added to make it clear and vivid, so as to facilitate reading. In general, the printing of children's books is mostly used; the color-collecting methods are independent of each other, do not overlap each other, and there is no color edge line, which is printed on the printed matter in turn. Generally, the printing of line tables, commodity wrapping papers, and topography is used.

Multicolor printing (color printing)

Multi-color printing, according to the Additive Color Mixing Process, the natural color original is decomposed into a primary color separation plate, and then the Subtractive Color Mixing Process is used to reprint the original color plate on the same print. In terms of material, the natural color prints of the Bi Xiao manuscript are also different due to the difference in the overlapping area of the primary colors. All color prints, except for a few of the color-increasing methods and color-collection methods, are all printed by the complex color method.

Four-color printing of flat-panel offset printing: When normal color pictures are converted into physical transfer, they can be transferred to paper, leather, cloth and other printed materials by four colors of cmyk (ie, blue, red, yellow and black). On the color, the prints that can pass these four colors will account for more than 80% of the printing market. If the color displayed by the computer is RGB three primary colors, the principle of four primary colors used in printing is now used.
