Most of the products produced by the company are paper packaging. The printing materials are mostly 250-450g/m2 gray-white board paper, which is easy to be deformed and produces ruffles. When printing on Manroland printing press, it mainly relies on the pressure paper above the front gauge. The wheel sends the paper to the front gauge for pre-crushing. If the paper does not reach the front gauge correctly, there will be a failure, the paper can not reach the front gauge, the pull gauge is not in place, the paper advances, etc., so the adjustment of the front gauge roller is more important.

 

The conventional method is: loosen the fastening nut of the platen roller, insert 3 sheets of printing paper under the platen roller, adjust the height of the platen roller by eccentricity, and take a slight resistance when the paper is pulled out, then tighten the nut. . However, this adjustment method is only suitable for paper with good flatness and no warpage; for paper with poor flatness and warpage, the platen roller can be pressed tighter.

  1. Foreword

 

The fault manifests as follows: the paper on one side does not come into position, and the paper is not detected by one electric eye, and the erroneous judgment is arrogance, which is actually the paper bending. Adjust the front gauge fine adjustment knob to the maximum, ie +0.5 of the scale, so that the front gauge pre-twist is at the farthest position; then put the platen steel sheet next to the detection electric eye, which can generally be solved.

 

  2. Paper does not reach the front gauge correctly

 

There are many reasons for this failure, and the various components that fly from the front to the front may have the cause of this failure.

 

(1) Feida. Feida paper and paper feed are not enough, there is electrostatic adsorption between the papers, and the paper lags slightly when the paper is discharged, which may not reach the front gauge correctly. The solution is to turn up the blower and blow the paper to ensure a smooth paper exit.

 

(2) The pressure of the gantry ball is uneven. After the paper is discharged from Feida, it must pass the gantry ball to reach the paperboard smoothly. If the pressure of the gantry ball is uneven or there is no pressure, the paper will be unstable. The adjustment method is to pull the handwheel to the gantry ball under the pressure position. Put a 0.2mm thick plug plate under the top wire and adjust the top wire to make the gantry ball equal in pressure and moderate in size.

 

(3) Paperboard. When the paper is transported on the paperboard, due to the suction of the suction belt, a vacuum is easily formed under the paper. If the paper is soft, it is easy to form a large friction force, which causes the paper to lag. The solution is to adjust the suction volume of the small paperboard, and the paper roller can be used to keep the paper position unbiased.

 

(4) Front gauge paper roller. The pressure of the platen or paper sheet is too high to allow the paper to reach the front gauge, which can be solved by raising the pressure roller or reducing the pressure of the platen.

 

(5) Pre-cavity. There are 9 pre-caries in the front gauge, which are symmetrically distributed in the center. The positioning of the paper is completed by the 9 pre-caries. If the paper can not enter the pre-claw, the paper can not reach the front gauge correctly. For example, the paper has a ruffle or warp, sometimes it will collide with the pre-claw, and sometimes it will reach the top of the pre-claw, which will cause this malfunction. The solution is to add a plate of paper to the top of the paper and the pre-crush, or to knock the paper to make the paper flat. Thick cardboard knocking can't be like copper and offset paper. The number of times of cardboard knocking should not be too much, 5 times is good, and it doesn't need to be fan-shaped, it can be folded into parallel lines; the force should not be too heavy, otherwise the cardboard will be broken. As long as you can change its deformation state.
