In order to prevent the print from being dirty, the offset press generally uses dusting. If the amount of dusting is too large, and it cannot be cleaned in time, it will cause some malfunctions, such as the failure of the automatic lifting device of the delivery paper, and the shaft mechanism of the paper-reducing reduction gear is damaged. It is worth mentioning that the suction reduction wheel of the Heidelberg offset press delivery device, if the powder around the axle and the suction speed reducer cannot be removed in time, the powder is mixed with the oil to form the sludge, and the sludge will stick to the suction for a long time. The gas reduction axle prevents it from rotating. In order to protect the motor that drives the shaft of the retarder, the gears in the speed reduction mechanism are forced to peel or sweep the teeth. The motor is related to the dampening system circuit. Once the fault occurs, the whole machine will stop. To troubleshoot, you need to install a new gear. Therefore, it is necessary to clean these mechanisms more usually. Otherwise, the machine can only print thickly--supporting. 3, electrical aspects
The Heidelberg offset press is equipped with a lot of safety devices and is very sensitive. As soon as it is slightly touched, the whole machine will stop running. Sometimes the dust at the relay contacts inside the electrical control box of the machine is too much, causing poor contact of the relay contacts and making the machine inoperable. There are many other similar problems, such as excessive dust accumulation in the motor, the movement and reset of the image carbon brush holder, and the compression of the carbon brush on the carbon brush holder, so that the carbon brush and the commutator copper head Poor contact can also make the machine difficult to operate.
4, the gas path
The four-color and five-color offset presses produced by Heidelberg in the late 1980s used starter devices to control the roller clutch pressure, the inking plate, the water roller's release plate, and the transfer roller to transfer ink. Each unit of the multi-color printing machine has several two-position five-way control valves to control these actions, and the movement of the cylinder piston can be controlled by the control valve to realize the movement of the ink roller, the water roller away from the plate and the ink transfer roller. Sometimes, due to the water in the control valve or the gas cylinder, the valve seal is damaged, which causes the control valve or the cylinder to leak, which makes the inking roller and the water roller off the plate. In addition, due to the accumulation of ink in the motion control mechanism, the movement of these moving parts is inflexible, which in turn increases the burden on the control valve and the air cylinder, resulting in a tight seal of the control valve and a more easily deformed cylinder piston. In addition, due to the aging of the gas hose, the pipeline leaks and the pipeline pressure drops rapidly, so that the control valve cannot be opened, and the clutch pressure action cannot be completed. If the pressure is increased, the life of the image compressor will further accelerate the aging of the hose. Therefore, the change of the pressure of the gas valve or the gas cylinder alone to solve the problem of the failure of the landing mechanism is not thorough, and the operation mechanism is often cleaned to maintain flexible operation. To ensure that the gas path does not leak, it is a long-term solution.
