Ink crust and printing ink film discoloration, fading

Phenomenon: The ink is crusted in the ink tank (bucket) or dried on the printing plate or on the transfer blanket, and discoloration and fading are generally similar in color when printing, and have changed or faded when being cut, stored, and dispensed.

Reason: Printing inks (including varnish or varnish) tend to gel due to solvent volatilization and then surface oxidative polymerization (often referred to as crust, not the dry film formation after printing ink film formation) . As for the discoloration and fading of the ink film in the packaging printing ink, it is often divided into: 1 is the discoloration and fading of the printing ink film due to heat; 2 is a general theoretical explanation due to light (for example, ultraviolet light): drying in the ink There is too much lead in the agent, and as a result, a layer of lead phosphate film is formed on the plate and even in the ink manufacturing process, and is reduced to dark gray metal lead.

Method: 1 Add the stabilizer produced by the force biochemical factory (such as antioxidant 1010); 2 discoloration and fading due to light, can add light stabilizer strong ultraviolet absorber; 3 printing and replacing the pigment dye in the ink system; Varnish (protective agent); 5 added silicone resin and mica powder can also be used as a heat stabilizer.
