False dry is the phenomenon that the inner layer of the ink layer is not dry, and the solvent residue is excessively high, and the adhesion is poor, which causes the ink to be anti-stick after winding.
The superimposed parts of the multi-layer solid color blocks are more prone to anti-sticking. This is due to two reasons:
1. The ink layer is thick, the solvent residue is high, and the drying is not thorough.
2. After the winding, the tension is concentrated on the long thin lines in the circumference.
The reason why the ink is dry in summer is:
1. High temperature, the solvent on the surface of the ink layer evaporates quickly.
2. The high humidity environment allows a large amount of moisture in the air to enter the ink, suppressing the evaporation rate of the solvent in the ink.
3. In summer, a large amount of slow drying solvent (such as ethyl ester) is easily left.
Countermeasures:
1. Low viscosity printing
2. Control the speed
3. Adjust the air volume to match the wind temperature
4. Choose equipment with good drying ability, the drying effect is not good, the medium and low speed machine is more difficult to control.
5. When the humidity is too high, the conditional printing company can dehumidify the workshop.
