Because the water roller velvet will inevitably stick a lot of ink during the printing process, and when printing another light color printing, the ink is not easy to remove, and it is easy to cause the color cast. At this time, the water roller can be replaced or taken. It is washed with gasoline and water, but it is both time-consuming and troublesome.
Our solution is: when washing the ink, first pour the car wash water evenly on the ink roller, screw on the squeegee plate, and observe that after most of the ink on the ink roller has been removed in one or two minutes, then drop 4 Press the plate roller, so that the ink on the plate is removed, and then the plate water roller is dropped, and some car wash water is poured, so that the ink on the water roller is transmitted to the printing plate, and the ink is collected by the ink collecting roller. Then it flows into the ink tank. Finally, the ink roller and the water roller are washed with water, and the squeegee is unscrewed after washing, so that the water roller can be cleaned without delay.
Another method is to screw on the squeegee, put the size control button on the empty sheet, then press the button, and then drop the water roller, so that the water roller can be washed. At the same time, the ink remaining on the impression cylinder is removed.
