The steps and methods are as follows.
First, the preparation stage
Perform the following checks before starting the machine to avoid unnecessary man-made downtime due to these reasons after starting up, because each restart will cause at least 170 white papers to be wasted.
First, paper detection is performed. A special person should be inspected carefully for the weight and outer packaging of the web. If the paper roll is severely damaged, a lot of paper will be picked, which will result in waste of paper. Therefore, in order to ensure that every roll of paper can be effectively utilized, the first level of production must be put in order to truly reduce costs.
Secondly, before loading the paper, be sure to clean the floor, remove the fine sand, and transport the paper roll under the paper tray to open the outer packaging (to reduce the contact between the paper roll and the ground). Because a small amount of sand can cause many small holes in several layers of paper, and the advanced optical inspection device of the M-600 rotary machine, as a small paper hole is a broken paper signal, it will cause automatic cutting of paper. Third, the process aspect
1. Careful calculations will also save paper usage. For example, in the actual production process, there are four cases: a series of four books, each 100,000 copies, each with 3.25 printed sheets. If four 0.25 printed sheets are combined into one printed sheet, the next three sets of film versions can be saved. Set PS version, and save three pairs of paper, to achieve paper-saving, provincial version, time-saving work efficiency; even if the number of printing is different, such as 80,000 copies of 0.75 printed sheets and 60,000 volumes of 0.25 printed sheets can also be combined into a printed sheet. 2. In contrast, light or coated paper has less effect on the web of the rotary press.
