Weekend offset press maintenance is to ensure the normal operation of the machine, to ensure product quality, to complete production tasks on time, to find the important part of the accident with high efficiency and low consumption. Therefore, weekend maintenance is very important and necessary, and weekend maintenance should be carried out from the following aspects.
1. Cleaning of the machine
Ensure that the machine is clean and free of debris, no sludge, no paper ash; the tools are neatly arranged, the paper rolls, the products are stacked in an orderly manner, and there are no items unrelated to the production around the machine.
2. Printing unit
The printing unit is an important part to ensure the quality of the product. The normal operation of the printing unit is to ensure the product is full of color, bright color and full pressure.
Can be repaired from three aspects: 1 ink supply mechanism, 2 ink distribution mechanism, 3 ink mechanism.
Firstly, check whether the rubber roller is damaged, degummed or loosened. Secondly, check whether the pressure of the rubber roller or the water roller is in compliance with the requirements, whether the rubber has pressure loss, etc., and find problems in time to adjust the maintenance to avoid accidents and ensure the machine is normal. 3. Folding unit

4. Gas supply part
The air compressor and the air circuit are indispensable parts for ensuring the normal operation of the machine. The air pressure directly affects the printing pressure. During the overhaul, the air compressor should be refueled regularly (special oil) and the cylinder should be drained to check whether the air passage is unblocked. There is no loose air leakage at the joints of the joints. The problems are promptly repaired to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5. Lubrication of the machine
Lubricating oil can be divided into two kinds of paste and liquid. The function of lubricating oil is to reduce the friction between the parts, help the parts to dissipate heat, prevent the parts from rusting, and lubricate the machine to prolong the service life of the machine and enable the machine to Smooth operation. When adding a paste lubricant, be sure to add enough oil to each point (see new oil, squeeze out old dirty oil as well). The maintenance of the liquid lubricating oil mechanism should check whether the oil circuit is unblocked, whether the oil in the fuel tank needs to be replaced, and whether the fuel tank needs to be cleaned.
6. Water supply part
First of all, the water tank should be cleaned to ensure that there are no sundries in the water tank, and the water quality meets the printing requirements. Secondly, check whether the upper and lower water pipes are unblocked, and clean the water bucket to ensure that the water bucket is clean and free of debris. Find problems and repair in time to ensure the machine is running properly.
Weekend inspections should be carefully and comprehensively carried out, from front to back, in order of each unit, from the casing to the internal section of the machine for maintenance. Doing a good weekend overhaul will have a multiplier effect on ensuring that the machine will operate normally.
