It is known that the paper feeding mechanism of a sheetfed press is an important auxiliary machine in the offset printing machine, and its main component, the separating head, sucks the paper from the paper stack through a series of nozzles and mouthpieces. , separated, passed to the printing department. However, some people may not know that the paper feeder is also widely used in sheet-fed printing machines such as screen printing machines, gravure printing machines, fully automatic die-cutting machines, and laminating machines.
According to the requirements of the paper feeder, the accuracy and speed requirements can be divided into the following two types:
Intermittent paper feeder: After the separation head delivers a piece of paper into the printing section, it sends a second sheet of paper, which is recycled in turn, mainly for low-speed printing machinery.
Chuanliu Paper Conveyor: The separation head continuously feeds paper, and the paper is lapped on the paperboard to realize fast paper feeding. It is mainly used for high-speed printing machinery. Currently, it is mainly used for multi-color printing machines.
The principle of motion during the printing process is:
1) The paper separation nozzle moves downward, and after sucking the uppermost piece of paper, it is lifted up and back up to prevent the double sheets from being sucked up, and it is advantageous for the insertion of the paper blowing nozzle.
2) Insert the platen nozzle, press the paper underneath and open the air blower to separate the sucked paper from the underlying paper while detecting the height of the stack.
3) The paper feed nozzle sucks the paper to the right. At this time, the paper feed nozzle and the paper feed nozzle simultaneously control the paper, and the paper is handed over, that is, the paper feed nozzle is delivered to the paper feed nozzle.
4) The paper separating nozzle cuts off the air path to release the paper, completes the paper transfer, and then rises. At this time, the paper blowing nozzle stops blowing and leaves the paper stack, and the paper feeding nozzle moves to the left to output the paper. In order to ensure the correct transfer and transportation of the paper, the transfer nozzle should achieve a certain trajectory (controlled by the cam).
5) With the continuous output of the paper, the paper stack monitoring system of the paper feeder can raise the height of the paper stack at any time to ensure that the paper feeding is carried out without interruption.
At present, there is no separate power source for the paper feeder, and the movement comes from the main drive chain of the printing machine to ensure the coordination of operation. The printing machine independently driven by the paper machine has been manufactured abroad. The servo motor and the drive system are used to track the running speed of the main machine, and a number of parts such as the universal joint are eliminated, so that the digitization level of the paper feeding is greatly improved.
