When the pattern is required to be bronzing, the negative plate is corroded after the negative film is formed, and the embossed plate is made to be etched after the positive plate is made. When the concave and convex plate is pressed, the concave zinc plate is further copied to the gypsum stencil to be pressed. The operation, the gypsum replica is not easy to do and it takes time and labor, and the defect repair is also difficult, and it is easy to wear when the pressure is concave and convex. After reform, the gypsum replica is replaced by a rubber tape, that is, a double-sided adhesive tape is used on the bottom plate to paste two pieces of rubber tape matching the size of the zinc plate, and the area near the bottom plate is larger than the area of the zinc plate. Slightly larger, the piece on the surface is slightly larger than the circumference of the raised pattern by about 1.5 cm. After the paste is applied, the pressure can be properly adjusted according to the thickness of the printed paper and the height of the embossing. After the improvement of the process, although the loading is simple and time-saving, the efficiency and the printing durability of the printing plate are improved, the product cycle is shortened, etc., but the paper is locally stretched and deformed due to the problem of the bronzing temperature, resulting in inaccurate overprinting. In particular, patterns such as medals, logos, and pavilions are often required to be based on the hot stamping of the field, and the outlines and contours of the pattern are outlined by the fine lines of the concave and convex, and the quality cannot be guaranteed. In order to solve this problem, after bold development and trial and error, this problem has been solved well, and the hot stamping and embossing are completed once.
The combination of bronzing and embossing is to combine the bronzing pattern and the embossed part of the embossed yin and yang into an organic whole film bottom plate. After special processing, it is plated and etched to obtain a bronzing and embossing plate. In the part where the finished product is required to be convex, it is concave on the zinc plate, and the part where the finished product is required to be concave is convex on the zinc plate.
