Fault one. Closing paper is messy
The reason:
1. The left and right misalignment side paper assembly device failure;
2. The front and rear irregularities are mostly the failure of the delivery deceleration device.
The specific faults are as follows:
The delivery motor does not rotate;
The drive shaft is broken;
The deceleration drum is broken.
Troubleshooting method:
A. Eliminate the side paper failure;
B. Check the gear unit one by one.
1. Replace or repair the geared motor. The planetary gear train deceleration device is integrated with the motor. The common problem is that the deceleration planetary gear train is stuck by oily foreign matter. You can use the repair tool to carefully open the end cover, and the planetary gears are clipped out one by one, cleaned and checked for seriousness. Wear, then apply high-quality lubricating oil, put it into the center wheel (that is, the cylindrical housing of the motor) that has been strictly cleaned (excluding the scraps of the card wheel), screw the end cap to seal, turn the motor moving shaft by hand, and feel soft and sound. It can be used. Please pay attention to the lubricant, and do not fill the gearbox space. If the motor coil burns out, repair is very difficult. Due to the small size and high sealing requirements, it is recommended to change the motor.
2. Replace the transmission flexible shaft, or use the domestically-made soft shaft (φ4mm). If the flexible shaft is not available for a while, the broken part of the soft shaft is very short, and a joint card shaft can be redone. The length of the extension part is equal to the length of the soft shaft. ;
3. Replace the rubber ring, or use the domestic 0 type sealing rubber ring for replacement, cheap and easy to buy.
Fault two. Spray anti-adhesive device failure
The reason:
1. The air pump is broken;
2. The powder spray line is blocked;
3. The dusting drive belt is broken.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Check and repair the air pump. In order to extend the service life, regular maintenance, replacement of the vulnerable pad, cleaning the filter valve, usually every six months;
2. Identify and eliminate the blockage;
3. Replace the tape and replace it with domestic tape.
Fault three. Transfer roller liner lining
The reason:
1. Water immersion pressure, fatigue and wear;
2. External force is bad.
Troubleshooting method:
1. If the small area is damaged, it can be partially cured;
2. Replace new parts;
3. Using domestic silica gel cloth for substitution, the effect is acceptable, easy to buy and cheap, 0.5mm thick.
Fault four. The riser gantry is broken and the needle roller bearing is damaged.
The reason: external force collision, fatigue and wear.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Welding repair or mapping processing;
2. The car copper sleeve is substituted, φ10Xφ14X10;
3. Change the bearing
Fault five: the paper tongue is judged to be damaged
The reason: Fatigue fracture
Troubleshooting method:
1. Welding repair;
2. Surveying and processing.
Fault six: the machine can not be clutched
The reason:
1. Control circuit failure;
2. The clutch pressure traction magnet fails.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Check the circuit;
2. If the electromagnet burns out, it needs to be wound around the coil; if it is not working properly because the magnet pull block is blocked, it is only necessary to eliminate the block gear;
3. If the above method does not work, you can replace the domestically produced MQ series of similar traction electromagnets. The traction force is 3Kg or less and the working stroke is 25mm or less. Be a small attachment.
