Description: When the printing speed is slow, the ink is too much, the angle between the squeegee and the substrate is small, the ink is much soft, the squeegee is sharp, the ink is small, and the knife edge is pure.
In screen printing, the following factors generally determine the amount of ink:
(1) Screen:
A. In the case of the same number of meshes, if the thickness of the screen is thick, the ink is less.
B. The mesh with the same mesh number and the same thread diameter twill weave more than the plain weave mesh.
(2) The printing surface of the screen version has a large amount of ink under the thickness of the photosensitive layer, and vice versa.
(3) Scratch process:
A. If the printing speed is slow, the ink will be more.
B. The angle between the scraper and the substrate is small and the ink is small.
C, the scraper has a lot of soft ink.
D, the edge of the scraper blade, the amount of ink is small, and the knife edge is pure (arc type).
