Precautions

2. The customer needs to inform the user of the operating system and how many versions of the production software are used to complete the production. Because, if you use different operating systems or different versions of software to open the file, there will be no open and file errors and other phenomena (such as: Power-Point file produced under the XP system, open with the Windows2000 system, the image will be tilted Shift).
3, if the customer is using a newer or higher version of the production software typesetting, drawing, please be sure to communicate with us. Because the newer production software is not stable enough, it is easy to output problems.
Problems that need attention during design
1. Remember that C (blue), M (red), Y (yellow), and K (black) are the basis for color printing. The CMYK mode is the printing mode. Whether creating a file in photoshop, filling an object with color, or inserting an image in software such as CORELDRAW, you must select the CMYK mode, which is fundamental to avoiding problems with printed colors.
2. The color of the monitor and the color of the inkjet print are all unreliable. Be sure to explain this to the customer.
3, to maintain the resolution of the picture in 300 * 300 or more, but: the resolution of the picture can not be measured from the resolution alone, if the original picture is clear, even if the resolution is slightly lower, the effect after printing can also be, if the original picture is not good, even if forced Turning to higher resolution (many people do this), the effect is not good after printing.
4. If it is not necessary, do not design a large area of solid color, either in color pages or in text.
5. Even if it is because of the customer's request, choose a large area of the actual color, and do not make it into more than two colors.
6. Don't put black characters into four-color black, and color characters should try not to exceed three colors.
7, if not intentional, do not let the text or other main content too close.
8, to develop the habit of using photoshop to process pictures, using coreldraw or other vector software typesetting, especially do not type in photoshop.
9. When the manuscript is finished, it is necessary to transfer all the text to the curve and then save it as a new file. For printing purposes, the original file without a curve is retained so that it can be modified when necessary.
10, if it is coreldraw software, in the menu "Text - Text Statistics" you can see if there are text, are 0, then it shows that all the curve. If you want to select text in the menu "Edit - Select All - Text", dismiss the group first, otherwise you will not be able to find it.
