The combined pressure fault is one of the most common faults in the printing process. No matter the size, simplicity or complexity, the fault is nothing more than the ABC. A is a sudden failure, B is a natural failure, and C is a human failure. In either case, if it happens, it will cause trouble for the printing work. The three simplest examples are now explained.

A sudden failure

The so-called sudden failure refers to a kind of failure that the machine suddenly encounters during normal operation. This type of failure may occur as a result of an accident or may occur inadvertently. If a certain 08 machine is in printing, the paper is stuck, resulting in no pressure. According to the normal situation, the paper jam will be pressed off, and after the bad paper is taken out, it can be restarted. This is not the case at this time, the paper card bad roller is not under pressure, only press the parking button to turn on the machine, the ink roller handle rebounds to indicate the pressure. In this case, the experienced operator first thinks of rubbing the voltage chip of the front gauge by hand, because the voltage chip is too high and does not contact the paper table, which will cause the main pressure. After the voltage plate is pressed down, the vehicle is tested again. Once the pressure is removed, the fault is due to this. Why is this failure? This is because the paper is deformed after the card is broken, and the paper is quickly yanked, and the voltage piece is bumped up.

B natural failure

Natural faults refer to faults caused by aging of electrical components, wear and tear of components, and other causes of electrical faults, while others are mechanical. For example, if there is a machine, the pressure will not be pressed during printing, and the shield will be opened to check that the line is not broken, and the electromagnetic iron will also act when the pressure is pressed. Press the button continuously, and occasionally press the pressure and close it. Obviously there is no problem with the electrical appliances in the electric box. Since the electromagnet works, there is no abnormality in the buttons and lines. Further checking the pressing mechanism of the drum, it was found that when the pressure was pressed, the pawl and the bump were not in place, and the screw of the electromagnet was loosened and moved outward, so that the action of the electromagnet could not be achieved. Re-fix the electromagnet and close it again. This failure is caused by the repeated action of the electromagnet and the mechanical vibration. Over time, the fixing screw is naturally loosened.

C human fault

The faults that are intentionally or unintentionally caused by us are considered to be human faults. In the printing work, human failure often occurs. The man-made combined pressure failure is no exception. For example, if there is a machine at work, no matter whether it is empty or jammed, it will not fly and will not be separated. The voltage sheet of the front gauge was measured with folded paper, and it was confirmed that the voltage sheet and the iron table were in normal contact, and no excessive phenomenon occurred. Check the buttons and switches again and found the problem. The switch that was originally placed in a large sheet was pulled out in the empty position. This switch has three functions, one is large, the second is small, and the third is empty. When printing four small sheets, you need to pour the front gauge into the inside and put the switch in the small sheet. If placed in an empty sheet, there will be a phenomenon such as no pressure. Pull it back in place and it works fine.

From the above three most common glitch, it can be seen that each fault has its uniqueness and representativeness, of course, it also has certain connection. Therefore, we should summarize some similar small experiences for peer reference so that the work can proceed smoothly.
