First, prepress preparation

Second, the installation test
After the pre-press preparation is completed, it can be loaded, loaded, and commissioned. During the start-up operation, it is necessary to adjust the paper feeding mechanism, delivery mechanism, inking device, water delivery device, printing pressure, etc. to ensure smooth paper feeding, moderate water supply and ink supply, and suitable printing pressure. After the above work is ready, turn the machine on for a while, so that the amount of ink and water supply are moderate and uniform, and then add some paper on the paper table for trial printing. After the registration operation is completed, test printing is started, and several samples are printed for quality inspection.
Ink preparation work includes the preparation of special inks, the addition of some additives to conventional inks, and the like. If the viscosity of the ink is not suitable, the varnish should be added to increase or decrease the viscosity; if the ink is not dry enough, a dry bath can be added. Adding various additives must be appropriate according to the process, equipment, paper and ambient temperature.
The inspection of the printing plate includes: printing plate type, color inspection, plate thickness inspection, plate mouth size inspection, rule line inspection, plate depth inspection, and layout image quality Inspection of damage, scratches, etc.
Debugging of printing pressure: According to the thickness of the printing plate, the specification of the paper, the thickness, the thickness of the lining material, the requirements of the printing process, etc., the appropriate roller lining is selected, so that the printing pressure meets the printing process and quality requirements.
Third, official printing
Before the official printing, add some paper, and return the counter to zero after printing. Sampling inspection should be carried out frequently during printing, paying attention to changes in water, ink changes, printing durability, blankets, and whether the printing machine is supplied with oil, gas supply and operation.
Fourth, post-press processing
After the end of each day of printing, or when each batch of prints is completed, the post-printing processing operations are required, including: ink fountain, ink roller, water roller, blanket, impression cylinder cleaning, printing plate, and sheet processing.
