Third, printing production management five elements system


We know that print production management has received great attention in printing companies, and every link and production process in production management will affect each other. In the printing industry, many printers do not really understand the operating costs and the cost of printing. Therefore, in order to achieve the profit target, the printer must first have the concept of cost. Therefore, in the five major production management requirements, cost analysis is used as the "self" in Taiji's four images, followed by the relationship between the five elements (color), and further produces a five-line system of print production management (Figure 3).


Fourth, the printing quality control five elements system


The so-called "quality control" is the means by which product standards are set and the standards are not met, including the elimination of differences between measurements and standards. In order to achieve the goal of quality management, it is necessary to strengthen the quality inspection part, follow the literature discussion, the concept of PDCA management cycle proposed by Deming, plus the management cycle SPDCA revised by many scholars, according to this cycle concept, from commodity design The source-to-end service constitutes a quality control system for comprehensive quality control (TQM; Total Quality Control). In this study, we try to apply the concept of Taiji management to print management. With the five elements (color) thinking in Taiji management and the "self" and mutual symmetry in Taiji's four images, we further analyze the printing management functions and printing. Production management and print quality control are applied in the five-line system and the three-in-one system. According to the analysis of the relevant data of printing management, the main factors are formed, and the characteristics of the five elements (color) are combined to explore the relationship between the factors and the relationship between the factors. It is found that the five-line system model in Taiji management can help managers in the printing enterprise. The management method and objectives are examined one by one, and the concept of Taiji management can be used to conduct internal and external analysis. A clearer indication is that the five-line system in Taiji management can not only provide the operators and managers with an understanding of the relationship between the management and management of the business, but also the relationship between the yin and yang. The analysis of the complementary relationship and the traction relationship and the prediction of the future situation, so that the printing enterprise operator can know the direct influencing factors and related factors that may be generated by the cause, and can find out the solution through the relationship. This research is based on the management theory of "Taiji Management" proposed by Ding Runsheng, and the analysis mode of print management is based on the three-in-one system and the five-line system. However, since this model has not been applied by other printing-related research and scholars, in this study, only the enterprise characteristics and management status of the internal and external environment analysis of the printing industry are combined with the summary of the printing management factors. Into the three-system and five-line system model, and in this study, it is preliminarily verified that the theoretical structure of the Taiji system and the five-line system of Taiji management can be applied to printing management. However, if we need to further explore the relevance of its model in the printing management industry, this study suggests that future researchers can use the statistical method of printing vendors to use statistical analysis to further obtain the letter and validity to confirm its Tai Chi. The “three-in-one system” and “five-line system” in management thinking are indeed applicable to print management.
