Common quality problems and countermeasures
One. Missing posts (missing posts)
1. The stack of signatures is too high, and the stacking height of the signatures should be appropriately reduced.
2. The front and rear gauges of the book stack are tightly clamped, and the gap should be properly adjusted.
3. The suction volume of the nozzle is too small, and the suction should be increased.
4. The nozzle is worn and should be replaced.
5. The nozzle rod and air valve are blocked and should be cleaned regularly.
6. The opening and closing time of the molars does not match the swinging position of the nozzle, and the positioning time should be adjusted, and the position of the lower hem of the nozzle should be matched with the opening and closing time of the molar.
7. Regularly check the missing detection device to ensure its sensitivity.

1. The tab is too loose, and the signature is not fully supported. It should be adjusted to the appropriate position to hold the signature.
2. The nozzle is low and the swing amplitude is too small. The nozzle height and swing amplitude should be adjusted.
3. If the stack of signatures is bumpy, the signature should be knocked open and the multi-post detection device should be checked regularly. Guarantee its reliability.
4. If there are too many posts and less posts, the automatic removal mechanism is not properly adjusted. If the waste book is not timely, the corresponding cam industrial position should be selected according to the length direction of the book, so as to prevent multiple posts and less posts from being mixed into the finished book.

2. The fangs are tight, and the squatting is fast and slow. The fangs should be adjusted to make the stenciling speed basically the same.
3. If the angle of the book block is not correct, the angle of the book block should be adjusted.
4. The signatures are not flat, the signatures are not in place, and the uneven signatures should be removed.
Five. The signature is damaged
1. The paper is thinner and poorer, and the suction of the nozzle is too large to suck the book page.
2. The fangs are tight and the signature is broken.
3. The stack of signatures is too high. When the last post is sucked away, the page of the above post is dragged and torn.
4. The automatic control system is not working properly, and the signature is damaged when it is messed up.
5. The tightness of the two molars is inconsistent, tearing the pages of the book.
