There are many reasons for the phenomenon of bubble (blinking) in printing, but the main focus is on the three aspects of rubber head, steel chess opponent and ink. Here are a few of the most likely causes of bubbles (blinking):

(1) The shape of the plastic head is not suitable, and the shape is too flat or curved.

(2) The center point (highest point) of the plastic head is printed on the pattern, and the air is not discharged, and bubbles are generated.

(3) The adhesive hair is sticky, damaged, and oily, which causes poor printing of the plastic head.

(4) The steel plate is etched too deeply. Due to the thick oil layer, the rubber head is incomplete due to the influence of ink stress.

(5) The steel plate is etched too lightly and the oil layer is not thick enough.

(6) The ink is too thin or too slow to dry.

(7) The ink is too dry or too fast.

(8) The scraper applies a portion of the patterning ink on the steel sheet to the scraping portion.
