If the developer concentration is insufficient, the time for replenishing the developer is adjusted too long, and the printing plate may be insufficiently developed.
The method of eliminating the above failure is to check the temperature and development time of the developer and adjust to reasonable data. When using a developer, the manufacturer will provide the proportion of the formula, which will be done in proportion. But sometimes you can add some. The plate machine should be repaired in time, the rubber roller should be replaced, and the crystals in the tank and the pipe wall should be cleaned regularly. The specific method is: use oxalic acid to circulate water in the platen machine and effectively remove the dirt, and the brush roller on the machine should also be cleaned, and it must be replaced if necessary.
