Our company has a JBB50-B type of adhesive binding machine. In the production process of the bookbinding products, there is a sudden phenomenon of such a failure: the book folder appears slower when it is running in the package. On the one hand, the occurrence of a fault causes the back of the book to be too thick and there is a phenomenon of overflowing glue. On the other hand, when the hot melt adhesive on the book block reaches the package, the bond quality of the package is affected due to the semi-cured state. After the fault occurred, it was still difficult to accurately determine the nature of the fault at the beginning by the relevant personnel through inspection and analysis. So I suspect that there is a problem with the electrical control. Please ask the electrician to check it out. The electrician did not find any problems when checking the inverter. No other looseness was found in the wiring head. The fuse was not burned. The rectifier was also good, so it was doubtful. There is a problem with the contactor. After replacing a new contactor, the fault still exists. Then, it was suspected that there might be a problem with the proximity switch, and a new proximity switch was mailed to the manufacturer, and the above failure phenomenon was not ruled out. Therefore, the electrician raised the opinion of the mechanical problem without any means. The person concerned suspects that the "auxiliary moving wheel device" of the main motor may be jammed, and removes the "auxiliary moving wheel device" corresponding to the main motor for inspection, and the inspection result is normal. In the case that the fault is mechanical or electrical, it is difficult to accurately define it. The author observes and analyzes through the machine and finds that when the machine is in a single operation and photoelectric control operation, it will appear intermittent. The irregular book folder runs at a slower speed, while in continuous automatic operation, the book folder does not appear to slow down. Obviously, when the book holder is operated in single operation and photoelectric control, the brake of the motor is carried out under the condition of frequent suction and separation, so that the friction wheel on the brake has a slight stroke each time. When it is in position or slightly biased, it is easy to rub the partial end face of the deflection to the corresponding axle wheel, and increase the working resistance of the motor, thereby causing the book clamp to slow down. In the case of continuous automatic operation, the position of the friction wheel on the motor brake is fixed once and it is not easy to touch the corresponding brake wheel. Therefore, the speed of the book holder does not appear to be slow. In view of the characteristics of this fault, the author's preliminary judgment is that the main motor brake is more likely to have problems. Therefore, through careful observation, it is finally found that the friction wheel on the brake has unevenness in the gap when the suction and separation are separated. Slightly rub it onto the corresponding shaft wheel, which causes a certain resistance to the motor shaft. When you touch the brake by hand, it feels very hot. In this regard, the author removes the brakes, cleans the dirt inside, and re-adjusts the gap between the friction wheel and the corresponding wheel so that it does not rub when the suction and separation are separated, and then the book holder is in a single operation. When the photoelectric control is running, there is no longer a slow running speed. The fault is finally completely eliminated, and the machine quickly returns to the normal state.
The elimination of this fault gives the author a deep experience and feeling. In the production process, various complicated faults can occur at any time. For a fault that is difficult to determine for a moment, it is like an electrical fault problem. In the case of mechanical failure, do not rush to deal with it blindly. It is necessary to carry out careful inspection and analysis in a step-by-step manner, and then conduct a series of assumptions, analysis and argumentation on the characteristics of the fault, in order to better avoid the processing caused by the judgment error.
