A manroland off-the-shelf four-color offset press, because of the products of the 1980s, the wear of the parts is more serious. The dusting device at the delivery table is supplied by an air pump, but the air pump is insured as soon as it is running. At first, I thought it was a small insurance. If I changed it to a bigger one, I still think there is a short circuit. Use a multimeter to measure the insulation between the motor windings and the phase, and the transmission line is normal. The line and motor are replaced, and the fault still exists. The reason is not here. At this point, only the AC contactor has not been checked. Remove the contactor and find that the two contacts of one phase have burned out, and the contacts of the other two phases are also ablated, but can also be used. Find an old contactor and remove a good contact. On, on the machine power-on test, insurance is no longer burned, troubleshooting. The machine worked for more than two hours, everything was normal, and the original knot was on the contactor. Usually, the three-phase motor lacks phase and can't start, there is a buzzing sound, but this time it is different, old burning insurance. It seems that the phenomenon of exceptions exists, and it is sometimes impossible to solve problems with experience.
