1. The plate is made of electro-engraving plate or laser plate. The plate depth is between 15μ~20μ. This is because the ink is produced by tap water, and its boiling point is higher than the solvent. The shallow version can increase the printing speed and avoid water ripple. If the solvent ink is used for printing on the plate 35μ~40μ deep or above, water ripple will occur. However, if the ink is printed on the plate more than 25μ, there will be water ripple phenomenon. It is important to use a good plate.
2, good drying equipment, drying temperature should be based on the substrate, the size of the printing area, such as metal foil printing, the drying temperature is above 100 ° C, and the printing and drying temperature of plastic film 60 ° C -80 ° C is appropriate, the wind should be stronger than when printing with solvent ink, because in addition to temperature, there should be strong wind, so that the ink can be quickly dried on the substrate.
3. In addition to metal aluminum foil, vacuum aluminized film, paper, all plastic film needs to be treated by electric spark before printing with ink. The surface of plastic is up to 40~42, and the ink produced by water as the main solvent is due to water. The surface tension is about 72 dyne, so the difference between the tension of the ink and the tension of the film affects the adhesion, thereby increasing the surface tension of the plastic film and enabling good adhesion of the printed pattern.
4. Before printing, after the ink is poured into the ink tank, the printing plate is idling for 2-3 minutes, the purpose is to wet the printing plate and stir; in the printing process, in order to observe the printing, it is necessary to stop printing, The plate stops rotating and the plate is prevented from causing a plate.
5, before printing according to the depth of the plate to adjust the printing viscosity, try not to add tap water in the printing process, as long as the addition of new ink with the same viscosity, the reason is that the ink in the printing process, at 32 ° C temperature for 1 hour, who The volatilization is only 1.2%, and the viscosity change is small, so the ink maintains the same color of the printed product and improves the pass rate of the printed matter.
6. After printing, immediately clean the printing plate, pour the ink into the barrel, put the water into the ink tank, turn the plate to clean or adjust the 3% washing powder solution for cleaning.
